The crisis in Zimbabwe is getting worse by the day, people living through man made calamities, administered through a dictatorship model that thrives on gross human rights violations. In our position, human rights are not only undermined when the country is going through civil turmoil and disintigration, but when the people are disarmed of their universal rights to:

• freedom of speech
• food
• shelter
• education
• health
• state protection

These rights are not privileges, they should be granted to every individual, by their virtue of being human, as enshrined in the Universal Bill of Rights.

The governments regime has aggresively violated these human rights and is responsible for millions of people losing their lives.

This is unacceptable and action needs to be taken now. 

As ROHR Zimbabwe we will address these human rights abuses head on, educating all citizens about their human rights and encouraging  Zimabweans to stand toghether and pressure the current regime to change their current vial conduct.
